Confirm before purchasing

  • Required features are included in the quoted edition and licence.
  • Deployment prerequisites, third-party integrations and data handling are specified.
  • Installation, training, updates and after-sales support are described separately.

Features, specifications, licensing, sales regions and availability depend on current vendor documentation and the formal quotation. New integrations or custom work require separate assessment.

01

Start with one complete business process

Choose a process that needs improvement, such as quotations, orders, purchasing, receiving stock and financial reconciliation. Identify repeated data entry and the departments that need shared access. Comparing modules against real work makes their suitability easier to assess.

02

Check Multiable products and integrations

Multiable's aiM18 ERP covers business operations and manufacturing applications. Manufacturing capabilities include bills of materials, material requirements planning, manufacturing execution and quality management. Confirm modules for the industry and selected version, including existing systems, reports, interfaces and customisation requirements.

03

Define software and IT responsibilities

AL-Touch can first help organise the network, servers, accounts, backups and cross-office access needed by the application. ERP process configuration, data conversion, custom development and user training must be agreed with the product team, with responsibilities, deliverables and acceptance specified in the proposal.

Manufacturer feature summaries support product selection. Confirm the version, supply arrangements, implementation and customisation separately.

You may also want to know

Must every ERP module be introduced at once?

A phased approach can be discussed around process dependencies and data integrity. Each stage should define its workflows, test data, owners and acceptance criteria. Confirm the actual modules and licensing with the product supplier.

Can existing accounting or inventory data be imported directly?

First review formats, codes, duplicates, opening balances and interface limits, then test sample data. Being able to export a file does not establish that it can be migrated completely.
