SECTION 01 / 11

Ownership and risk

Choose “Implemented” only where controls are in use and documented. Choose “Not confirmed” when unsure. A responsible owner should still confirm the scope of items marked “Not applicable”.

01Is an owner assigned to cybersecurity decisions?
02Are the IT systems supporting critical operations documented?
03Is a risk register maintained and reviewed?
04Has management approved a security policy?
05Do improvement actions have owners and deadlines?
06Are major system changes subject to approval?
07Are security issues regularly reported to management?
08Have applicable contractual, privacy and industry requirements been identified?
