Service locations are also available in Shenzhen and the Guangdong–Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone. For projects across locations, provide the office addresses, existing systems, number of users and intended dates to help us plan the work required.

03

Incidents and sensitive information

For an initial enquiry, provide a brief description and the time the problem was discovered. Passwords, customer data and full incident records should be handled through a secure channel agreed by both parties. General contact channels do not automatically include emergency on-call coverage.

What to prepare before discussing a solution

For IT or cybersecurity enquiries, provide office locations, user numbers, existing systems and the issues you want to improve. For installation or relocation work, include the construction and cutover dates. For a suspected incident, first explain when it was discovered and its business impact; submit sensitive records and credentials only through an agreed secure channel.

Can I discuss a problem or quotation without knowing IT terminology?

Yes. Describe the problem in everyday terms, such as a printer that will not print, a customer not receiving email or unreliable meeting-room Wi-Fi. Include the number of users, locations and intended dates. You do not need to send passwords or complete customer records for an initial enquiry.

Should I send passwords or complete customer records through a general enquiry form?

No. Start with the necessary contact details and a brief description. The team can arrange a suitable channel for sensitive information if it is needed.
