01

Venue and picture requirements

Large displays and meeting rooms require assessment of light, distance and projection surfaces. Test geometric correction and picture quality on curved walls, corners or columns using the specific model.

02

Equipment and cost

Special surfaces may need multiple blended projectors, image processors or additional correction equipment. Not every projector supports these uses; quantity, installation and cost depend on site assessment.

03

Handover and operation

Test pictures, signals and everyday operation with actual content, confirming maintenance, replacement and management responsibilities.

04

Choose projection around the venue and display purpose

Confirm room dimensions, light, throw distance and image shape for meetings, training or displays before assessing equipment and installation positions. Curved or unusual surfaces require model-specific correction and blending tests, including whether extra processing equipment is needed. Acceptance should use real content and normal operation, with maintenance and replacement terms specified separately.
